I hope everyone out there is doing well.
I can't believe that 2020 has so far been a very turbulent year. The pandemic of Covid19 has impacted everyone around the world. Some face the mere inconvenience of staying home to stay safe; some may actually have fallen ill or lost their lives due to the disease. And, for the Class of 2020, they completely missed their graduation experience in this very important milestone of theirs. Let's not forget some people may have lost their jobs during this very difficult time.
I guess we are all coping in some ways. But I am thankful that we have frontline medical heroes fighting this pandemic, trying to have this disease under control. And I am thankful that there are people started many initiatives to help those who are in need. And I am thankful that in this dark time, there are people out there shining their lights for others.
Maybe I will write a poem to express my feelings. But I will save it for another time :)
Today is Father's Day. I sincerely hope that despite the challenges we face due to Covid19, we can celebrate this day with our families.
