Nearly a year ago, I published the first chapter of Fire King, and I've been releasing a chapter every Saturday from that point onwards.
A band of readers have been joining in with the story every week since then, and, after nearly a year, they're still on board, religiously voting and commenting each weekend without fail.
I've been really touched by the devotion, emotional investment and love that these readers have shown to this book. I thought a spattering of people might pick it up and put it down, but I didn't expect such a high level of consistency week after week.
Needless to say, I've thoroughly enjoyed the journey with them this past year. ❤️

You have been so patient and so kind with your feedback and so supportive in your comments. I've been so lucky to have such an amazing audience and I'm grateful to each of you for that unwavering support through all the twists and turns and cliffhangers of Fire King.
You've turned me into a giddy puppy, and I don't have the heart to make you wait for the end any longer.
Your collective extraordinary commitment has prompted me to post the final chapters of this tale today (instead of my original plan, which was to spread it over the next three weeks).
So, here we go. I sincerely hope you enjoy finally finding out what happens to Ryan in the conclusion of Fire King.
