Evans Mac-Anthony (Rake World) is an African writer that hails from Enugu State, Nigeria.

Attended St.Vincent de Paul Seminary Enugu, Nigeria. 
An S.S.C.E Certificate holder, from the West African Examination Council (W.A.E.C).
A Latin Diploma Certificate with distinction, from the Urban Univasitas Pontificia, Roma. 
Currently a bachelor's degree (B.Sc) holder in Tourism Studies, from the prestigious University Of Calabar, Calabar Nigeria.

His love for writing has moved him to writing many freelanced, published and unpublished books, short stories and poems for the consumption of the lovers of literary arts.

Some of his published books include; Khilishi Blue Blood,  Scar, Tame My Wild Beast, and other literature works including the Rake Fantasy Series.

His other hobbies includes, reading, playing computer games, basketball, volleyball, badminton and handball, in which he has secured 13 individual/team medals and 2 games participation certificates both in school, state, national and African competitions. 

He was a member of the University of Calabar Volleyball Team and CAT Basketball Team Abuja Nigeria before his retirement to focus on other aspects of life. 

Therefore, he can be described as being Versatile both intellectually and socially.
