Big announcement from my part.
          
          I am going to be unpublishing Hamilton AU from my page… 
          
          As much love as the story has gained, it was the first full book I’ve ever written and it was done when I was just discovering social issues. 
          
          I guess I saw fit to include all the themes I was learning about in the book because I did. There’s nothing wrong with including those themes. I am just not proud of the way I handled them. 
          
          I would write about serious topics in a very light matter and never address them again, or the trauma that probably follows something like that. 
          
          It pains me to do so, as originally I was leaving the story up as proof of my progress, but all it’s doing is making me feel embarrassed and guilty of my actions. 
          
          So I will be unpublishing it, and maybe one day, I can rewrite it. 
          
          I apologize to those who followed me for the Hamilton content. 
          
          Thank you everyone for understanding my reasons, 
          Even if I am very inactive, I still really appreciate every single one of you!

On September 30th we wear orange to honour and grieve the First Nations, Inuit and Métis children taken from their families and forced to attend residential schools. It has been said that an approximate of over 150 000 children attended such schools. Today we wear orange for them. 
          
          Le 30 septembre on porte de l’orange pour honorer et commémorer les enfant des Premières Nations, Inuits et Métis, qui ont été enlevés de leur familles et forcés a fréquenter des pensionnats. Il est estimé que plus de 150 000 enfants ont fréquenté ces pensionnats. Aujourd’hui, on porte de l’orange pour eux.
