Everlongingly is a 18 year-old aspiring author and editor. She is currently attending Tamaqua Area High School and will be a 2014 graduate. She has written since she could correctly hold a pen and notepad, and is constantly seeking self-improvement. She spends her free time writing, watching movies, and talking to her cat and dog.

 My name is Laura. I developed a passion for writing when I was very young, and the passion has blossomed into an obsession. I am always writing; I write poems, songs, stories, and I am currently in the middle of writing my first musical. I would appreciate any feedback you can give me, negative or positive, as long as it is constructive.

 What I want to tell all aspiring authors--do not give up. Writing takes effort and constant improvement. It is natural to be proud of something that you have written, but it is even better still to be proud of how much you've improved. While I am always proud of the work that I have done, I am even more proud to see that I have grown over the years, and that I am continuing to grow. There is nothing worse in this world than complacency; the act of knowing that one can improve and yet chooses not to work on it is quite disheartening. All of you have potential--tap into it and see how well you do as the years go by.
