          I have an iPad mini that never leaves my sight, so I put all my stuff in that.

          Just a question, eh? 
          Well I organize my stories in different notebooks and/or word documents to try and keep them separated. I scribble down some working titles so I don't get them confused, or even just key words that often repeat in the plot. As for the quotes and ideas, I put them under the settings of the scene, or the character who says them as to not confuse them. And, gee, a hundred pages is a lot! I don't know whether this helped, but I sure tried!
