My name is Evie Driver, but call me Evie. No need for a pretentious third-person biography of someone who hates referring to themselves in that point of view. Tossing out all formalities, let's discuss a topic I'm very familiar with: me! I am a Young Adult Romance author who has a couple projects in the works as we speak. One is more of a New Adult high school contemporary story and the other ventures into the vortexes of Young Adult science fiction. Get to know The Gravity Series and The Splinter of Stars Series. Otherwise, let's move onward, St. Olaf! (Anyone else watch and still love The Golden Girls?)
To avoid any confusion, I should probably disclose the fact that I'm a not-so-closeted geek / nerd. I always have been. I love Anime conventions, Marvel, reading, etc. The list goes on, I'm sure. This world provides me with a lot of joy, though not as much as the world of writing gives me. Writing defines my life in the same way that Mr. Driver (my husband) does. Without either, I'm fairly certain I'd be floating my way up to Mars by now. In other words, I'd be lost - just to be a bit dramatic.
Other things you're probably interested in is that I am 26 years old, I have a Bachelor's degree (Multidisciplinary Studies) from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and I live in Houston, TX. I could throw in a few jokes about it being hot as hell, but I'd rather recommend you watch Lucifer on FOX to hear more tasteful hell references. That show happens to be my favorite show of all time - just in front of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Marvel is my love affair (don't tell my husband). I read mostly regency historical romance, new adult contemporary, and young adult books. Aside from my whirlwind love of the mentioned things above, I have three cats who are more like children to me and the hubby.
