Does anyone start a book and write two chapter and then completely forget about the entire book? Or am I just an idiot?

Who else writes a long ass chapter then go to publish it but accidentally delete it? 
          
          Just me? Damn!

Quick question to those who watch BNHA:
          
          Shinshou's dad quirk is no sleep and Midnight's quirk puts men to sleep. Does that mean Midnight's quirk wouldn't work on him?
