And now that it's November...we can continue the DCR birthday series!
          
          Happy 21st birthday to everyone's favorite gamer girl, Ally! I hope her boyfriend's taking her on a cute date lol.
          
          So I might as well go over a controversial decision I made, huh? Ally having a boyfriend by the time Disventure Camp Rewritten: Season 2 occurred. I bet this pissed off a bunch of the shippers out there. 
          
          Now, you may be wondering, why did I make this decision? WELL. I didn't want Hunter x Ally to happen or the possibility of it being canon...that's literally it. I don't ship HuntAlly so I created a boyfriend for her instead lol. 
          
          Oh and as you can tell by her audition tape, she will be the show's fangirl instead of Aiden! I hope I'm able to show these traits more in the remake!
          
          I don't really have anything else to say for our silly 8th place of DCR2 except for...thank you! I'm going there!

          Anyways,  monthly DCR2 Remake update to lift everyone's spirits! I'm currently outlining Episode 5 and I have been fortunate enough to be assisted by @YourLocalCerealBowl with some stuff for the season! Do not worry though, this isn't going to interfere with the production of DCR1. I hope you all enjoy the remake when it comes out! (eventually lol)

Fun fact of the day: Did you know that @YourLocalCerealBowl fought for Aiden to be the runner-up of Disventure Camp Rewritten: Season 2?
          
          It was originally going to be that he gets 3rd and a Lake vs. Tess finale was supposed to occur...but this damn CEREAL BOWL, literally said: lol nah, Aiden's getting too good, make him make final 2 before I bash you with a spoon. (That's not how it really went cause it was 2023).
          
          So uh...yeah! That's what I wanted to say lol.

Since I'm working hard on the remake, I have two things to talk about as well as a status update:
           #1: To keep you all hyped for All-Stars, I (might) pull a Jared and announce if the eliminated contestant will make the cut. HOWEVER, I will only be doing this for Season 2 when the remake comes because I'm not sure if I am allowed to do this for Season 1.
           #2: It's Disventure Camp Rewritten: Ask Me Anything time! You all can go ahead and ask me questions whether about the DCR2 remake OR DCR: AS!
          
          And as for a status update, Episode 1 is almost finished! As for the outlines, 3 is fully complete with 4 about to join the mix as well! I hope you all enjoy it when the time comes :D

Little DCR2 remake update!
          
          Episodes 1 and 2 are officially outline while Episode 3's outline is in progress! The other 13 episodes, I do have some ideas for since it'll stay true to the original major plotlines and elimination order.
          
          I still don't have an official release date so if any of y'all would help me out to figure out a release date, it'll be greatly appreciated ^^
          
          And, since we're here, you all can ask me anything surrounding the remkae! I'll be happy to answer all of your questions!

Alright, it's birthday time! And I just announced the remake for DCR2 literally yesterday so...what a coincidence!
          
          Happy 22nd birthday to the one and only Rosa Maria! Everyone's favorite purple-haired teen mom and hopefully yours too lol. I can only hope she took Yul in as her son and the three are celebrating her birthday! Maybe Lake's with them too ;)
          
          As for fun facts, I guess I can say that she's always going to get 6th. She was always meant to have an injury and be medically evacuated blah blah, we all know her story. I do love her dynamic with Yul a lot, definitely a strong mother-son dynamic for sure...her and Lake are pretty cute too.
          
          Anyways, we all know what happened to Rosa. She and Aiden got into it and that sealed her fate...what fate? Was it to betrayed at elimination like canon? Nope. It was to pretty much almost plummet to her death...luckily she survived but she has a broken arm.
          
          Now, why do I bring this up? Because, I have an age old question to ask. Does Rosa have the right to forgive Aiden after all he's done? Or do you think she *shouldn't* forgive him for injuring her? Well, the answers up to y'all. 
          
          Anyway, discuss that question in comments and tell me your thoughts on Disventure Camp Rewritten Rosa Maria! Are you excited for her run in the remake despite knowing everything?

So...I may be remaking Disventure Camp Rewritten: Season 2...
          
          To answer the obvious questions. No, the elimination order will *not* be changing nor will the major plotlines. Challenges will all remain the same as well. It will have aspects from both the original version and 2025 Ao3 re-release.
          
          This remake exists for character consistency and kind of timeline consistency since at the time of writing the original, I had no clue how these characters would drastically change and I now have a proper direction for them. Especially to make them more consistent when All-Stars rolls around as well. Not only that but the original had elements that I'm not exactly proud of.
          
          The original 2023 version will stay up as it has a special place in my heart since 15 year old me was super passionate about this and it's truly where we all began...although it may no longer be canon, it's still a fun read if everyone wants to read it :)
          
          Expected date for the remake? Not sure lol. It'll be out eventually!

          Anyway, (not-so for @Makaila10156) Happy Birthday to Hunter, who's turning 22 this year! Gosh, he's divided in this fandom for sure. People on Ao3 like him while people on this site absolutely hate this man! As for my opinion, I had a lot of fun writing him and seeing how he is get all of you so riled up. It kind of gives me joy!
          
          Fun fact for Hunter? Gosh, did I ever prepare one for him? Uh...I honestly wasn't expecting Hunter to be so hated. If anything, I thought people would like a more irrational and impulsive Hunter but, I guess I was wrong lol. Guess he won't be cool, popular, and good at challenges since he's the first merge boot. Although, I do know that he and Tess were always meant to have romantic implications together regardless on if Huntally became canon or not (considering that DCR was conceptualized before DC2 Beta even finished).
