"I think it helps to start by just recognizing it as a normal feeling. You don't need to push it away or force yourself to feel different - just let yourself acknowledge that yeah, you do feel unhappy and unsure, and there isn't an immediately easy solution to that. Let yourself have those feelings, which can help you realize that it's not just you, or because there's something wrong with you. From there, it might be useful to take some small first steps toward finding things which bring you happiness. It doesn't have to be big, grand things. Sometimes just little steps can make a huge difference." - my therapist Hehe... Sorry guys....... I was gone for awhile, I started writing this book just days before my "bottle" broke again... My parents heard me crying the other night, I'm glad they did.....
