Everything had been going great. James had snuck into a hospital and cured some people . After that he had just walked around the tall, red brick buildings of Brookyln. His curls were falling in his face as he looked side to side around the Midgardian borough.
But something was missing- he hadn't seen the Daughter of Freya all day, and the break in habit annoyed him. Her being the daughter of a goddess of Nature really made him strive to annoy her. Thus, he simply stepped into a shadowed wall, and let the darkness engulf him.
As he waited for himself to be dispelled where he knew she would be, he suddenly began thinking of Odin, and how he had banished his mother to Hel. He felt the death begin radiating off him as his annoyance grew and he became more irritated.
When the shadows dispelled him next to DJ, he greeted her with a false smile. But this fake easygoing nature was easily quenched when the death radiating off him withered a flower she had been planting.

@-Sonofhel- / sure ! just send your next respond in PM A sleepy smile graced DJ's face, as she slowly nodded her head. "Yeah, I'm . . . I'm fine. " she said after another yawn. "Just sleepy." She never knew covering death took so much energy, she's down big things before but those never caused her to drain so quickly. It might have been because she was on midgard now, folkvanger was a bit different, she guessed. It also could have been that her mom was there to lend some strength. DJ's eyes fluttered closed for a moment as she rested her cheek on her hand.

Having an equally disappointed frown, James raised an eyebrow, "Are you alright?" He questioned. Of course, he knew any demigod power took up energy... but holding back the literal aura of death of a son of hel was kinda out there.
He swiped his raven hair out of his face, the curls catching on his finger and simply coming out of place again. He made an irritated face at the resistance the hair gave him.

@-Sonofhel- DJ smiled kindly when he decided to sit, she hoped the grass wouldn't die. When he finally did sit and the ginger saw the grass begin to die, her smile faded into a frown. It was James' fault that it died, and she was not frowning because of him. She just thought the grass wouldn't die. For a few moments, the girl didn't say anything. Instead she held a hand out above the grass, have her palm graze it lightly and she concentrated. Her blue eyes were focused as the grass slowly became green again and soon enough surrounding both of the teen the grass was alive. "There you go," She finally spoke. "I told you it would be okay." She smiled at him again, running her fingers through her short hair before yawning. Healing the grass did take up quite a bit of her energy.
