Backstory: Bastet Ayana Bennett, Bonnie’s older half-sister, is a rare Bennett Heretic—a vampire-witch hybrid who retained her magic after being turned. Raised by Sheila “Grams” Bennett, she showed early talent for Electrokinesis and Precognition. Sent away for college, she was turned by an older student, gaining vampiric powers without losing her witch abilities. Horrified by her bloodlust, she cut ties with her family and mastered Mental Shielding. Years later, she returns to Mystic Falls to protect her half-sister Bonnie and the town, using her powers to guide and guard those in danger.
