@FUSEDWRISTS im so sorry hun, usually watching my favourite movies, making a new playlist, indulging in something sweet, self validation, and taking my sweet time with myself has helped me in the past. take a nice bath, paint your nails a funky colour, or even (like mentioned above) let it out with a few scream songs. and remember- its okay to cry. emotional catharsis is gonna be on your side here. love you, hope you feel better soon. ♡
