I just realized something interesting about kaioken. People say it’s an amplification technique but really it’s altering the attributes of the user so basically meaning Multiplication, Division, Addition & Subtraction. So if you used forced spirit fission alongside the division and subtraction variant of kaioken not only do you rip out their mind but also weaken their normal physical parameters, while using addition and multiplication to increase it via forced spirit fusion to make yourself stronger. Not even getting started on percentages & levels of each variant.

In canon horror is stated to be able to shape his bones so he in theory could replace or repair the bone on his head from where undyne pierced it.
