Silver Crow's Book of shadows has helped me establish layers of aggressive protective crystal enchantments. When used defensively, it has proven effective time after time. While I understand that any energy work that subverts or manipulates others' is in the realm of dark art, however, it has proven to be a highly effective form of defense for me. It has helped me on many occasions and continues to do so. I first discovered this literature several years ago and began diligently studying and practicing. I've now incorporated everything I could acquire into my defensive arsenal. I feel the best defense is an aggressive one that turns the tables, taking the fight to enemies. Learning from this wealth of knowledge has ranked for me as more important than any other text I have found including Crowley and Solomon, due to the continuous effectiveness Ive experienced. As mentioned in the text, the dark magick is often kept quiet about and not taught by elders. I agree with the author's opinion about this. Ignorance is not a safe alternative. I'm grateful to have found this manuscript. The ability to come back to it as a reference has been invaluable. I wish there were a hard copy I could own. I couldn't find it in print. I'm glad it has remained available online for all these years. I fear losing access to this reference guide because it has vital to my well being.
