Here’s a short poem I wrote years ago,
I’ve carried it with me, and now I’d love to share it.
Hope it resonates with you, and you’ll find a piece of yourself in it.
Enjoy.
*Struggling Along the Path*
The road is long, the path unclear,
I take each step, despite the fear.
In moments dark, I lose my way,
But still, I rise, and face the day.
The weight of doubt, it pulls me low,
Yet in my heart, I let it go.
For though the journey feels too wide,
I know within, my strength’s my guide.
Through valleys deep and mountains tall,
I stumble, rise, and sometimes fall.
But every scar, each tear that’s shed,
Gives me courage, moves me ahead.
The path is hard, but I will fight,
For in the struggle, there’s the light.
Step by step, I’ll make my mark,
For hope will guide me through the dark.
