"Life holds special things for those who dare to dream."

This has been something I lived by ever since fifth grade. As corny as it might be, it's a great life motto. It urges you to push harder and never give up on your dreams. Continue pursuing them.

I'm Ryan and I live in the Philippines, an archipelago located in Southeast Asia with a population of more than 90 million. With that number of people, and considering we're not a first-world country, my chances of becoming a world-renowned author are slim. However, the more impossible it seems, the more I want to continue with that dream of becoming a "world-renowned author."

You see, I'm proud of the Philippines. Whatever the state of this country is in, whoever the ruler is, I still love my country. Even though I rarely write using the mother language, I still want all Filipinos to love their own culture and pursue their lifelong passion, but what could a teenager do? Honestly, I don't know.

I love reading and writing. Ever since I was a kid, it was my pastime to write stories about lots of things. Once, I wrote about an amusement park, and where did I write it? In a "Pirates of the Caribbean" notebook, if I'm not mistaken. I also wrote about a girl who was born on the stairs, lived on the stairs and eventually died on the stairs (tragic and crazy, right?)

Like what John Green has said, my thoughts are stars I cannot fathom into constellations. I am like that. My mind is a jungle of ideas and goals. It focuses on lots of goals and I end up doing nothing. These ideas cannot be expressed by actions, I suppose. 

Anyway, I'm working on two books right now, one's a tragedy drama and one's an action-adventure-fantasy novel. The fantasy novel's published with a prologue and 2 chapters, while the drama is still in the works.
