Is it normal to want to starve yourself to death without reasoning? Because I've recently noticed I've been trying to not eat as much without meaning to and I know it's not healthy to hand my food at school to my friends, but I keep doing it. It might be because I can't cut anymore without the risk of getting caught by my parents because it's the season where shorts and t-shirts are getting more common. Plus not eating might make my chest smaller and I would have less to make me anxious.
