i love my english teacher because one, she’s queer which means she has a soft spot for me and all my friends. two, she’s very very cool and plays awesome music. three, she’s a great teacher and i learned stuff from her. and most importantly, she let me draw mentally ill twink gay boys in situationships for official grades

          the severance hyperfixation has very much hit like holy shit i’ve watched 2.10 twice in the past twenty four hours. also can we talk about the acting??? like in the birthing cabin scene adam scott was being so incredibly wonderfully talented like RAHHHHHEEEEEEEE HE WAS PLAYING TWO PEOPLE AT ONCE AND IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL AND COOL AND JUST AAAAAAAAAA
          
          and like the orpheus/eurydice parallels at the very end of the finale when mark had to choose between helly and gemma like he’s orpheus and he turned his back on gemma and he lost her like orpheus lost eurydice!!! doubt comes in and wait for me from hadestown were yelling from the confines of my mind
          
          and there’s also so much depth to that choice! if he chooses gemma then innie mark will lose helly and all his friends and he might even die, and he’s got no proof that reintegration is real, he might just be killing himself for nothing
          
          but if he chooses helly, they might get a few more minutes together. sure they’re doomed, but one last moment could be nice. maybe they could run forever, or maybe they’ll die in a minute. but they had a few more seconds together, and that’s what matters.
          
          also absolutely love emile the goat my baby better lead an uprising and then  kill jame and kier and god in the first episode and the rest of the season is just emile and friends having fun on a farm, burt and irving making out, helly and innie mark cooking together, and gemma and outie mark making up for lost time and milchick becomes a middle school theater teachers and the final shot of the season is animated supermanesque god kier flying around with the words they all lived happily ever after in the background

guess who forgot that remarried was an actual word and thing for about two minutes today :)
