So I'm bisexual, I want to come out to my parents but I am scared. My mum sometimes jokes with me and saying I like one of my friends but idk if it's a joke or what. My mum has loads of gay friends so she'd be okay with it I think.. But it's my dad.. I don't know what he thinks about LGBTQ+
He doesn't talk about it and never brings any of it up. He assumes I'm straight and whenever I smile when I'm texting he asks if I'm texting my 'boyfriend'
as a joke. I don't know how to do it, when to bring it up or anything. I hate myself enough... (That's something I don't wanna talk about) I don't want any more reasons. I'm just scared. Any hep? (BTW I'm 13)

Well, ask them first. What do you think of LGBTQ+? If they say something like, we support or anything, then ask. What would you think if I was one? And see what their answer is. Take it slow, don’t rush into it.
