Thanks to all the people who have followed 'His EXcellency'. 
          After two years I finally managed to belt out the last chapter that has been waiting in there for ages. I am still not satisfied with it and I guess I will never be. 
          But finally, I can turn the status into 'Completed' and I am soo happy for it.

          After today's chapter, there remain only two or three chapters to wrap up the story. Two main chapter and one Epilogue I am not sure I will or will not publish.
