@Fandom_anjel I'm no theripist, but I think doing some of those things could make you feel better. You could also try avoiding thigs that trigger the depression. I know that sounds really simple, but I think it works fairly well shirt term. I'm here to talk if you want. A lot of my friends have depression and they say I'm a pretty good listener, so I'd love to help!
