Hey, it's me.

Recently one of my best friends (@Jessamine1031 on here) finished a project she had left, Antisocial Media, that had sort of been a sister series of one of my works, which gave the series a LOT of closure and gave a big update on her life since she had stopped writing it circa 2016.

I am in no way tempted to do the same with Presenting, the Fandoms.

However, I honestly thought it might be nice to update you all on where I've been.

Hi, I'm Ari. I'm gay, I use he/him pronouns, and I have been on HRT for pretty damn close to a full year now. I am still friends with Jess, as well as another user I met via this site who is a trans guy, and I've been out as trans since band camp of sophomore year, over a year ago now. I had my first boyfriend, and subsequently my first ex, although we are still very much friends, and I play my instrument much more seriously now.

While I don't miss Wattpad, I do appreciate the role it played in my 12- and 13- year old life: when I first started the account I was going to a small Catholic school that I HATED and had very few friends. Thus, this site filled a big hole in my life, providing me with people who shared my interests and experiences and were willing to tolerate me as a person.

I honestly would not be the same person I am today without Wattpad. Despite the fact that I now think what I was doing on here is embarrassing, I have to admit that.

          	Cheers to you guys. :)

          	- Ari
