Before the first bell had rung, Caitlyn noticed how the YouTubers had already arrived. Meaning that she just needed to anticipate the arrival of Shadow Stephanie and her Ghoulfriends before they can start this reaction session. The YouTubers all looked on, puzzled at why Caitlyn was wearing gloves on the first day of summer, leading them all to assume what Caitlyn could be hidig.
But the bigger question, was 'Who were these Ghoulfriends?' - especially from those who hadn't appeared in these stories much or as of yet. AKA Nate and Arin. At the same time, Dan and Phil hadn't yet announced the fact that they were together, despite coming out in a certain video months ago (the Is Phan Real? one by the Crafting Teacher PJ Linguori)
Arin was quick to guess, based on the name of Shadow Stephanie's 'group'. "I know who we're about to meet! A bunch of fair maidens from a fantasy realm who call themselves Ghoulfriends to make their status as living humanized forms of folklore monsters. I just can't wait to make them want to FALL IN LOVE WITH..."
Arin was about to finish that, when Nate yanked him on the ear, scolding in the process. "Shut it, Arin. I won't be letting you go after them... They sound like animatronics or something out of a fantasy-horror RPG where you can recruit them to battle alongside you. Like a folklore version of Pokemon."
Mark added nervously. "Let's just hope they're... the nice sort, as I've played one too many survival horror games to know where this is going..."
Jack sighed, putting a hand on Mark's shoulder. "Relax, Mark. They sound like a group of ladies in cosplay outfits. Even if it's not Halloween... But 24 days off Christmas."
Noticing Caitlyn's gloves, Felix changed the topic by asking. "Hey, Caitlyn... are those gloves the reason why you gathered us here today? And would they be why you were running... late?"
Caitlyn replied. "Yes, Felix."
Randomly, as soon as footsteps could be heard - Dan and Phil bolted.
