I'm so upset dude. 
          Ever since I made that editing mistake last week, I've been trying to remember how I connected this chapter to my already typed out next chapter. I wrote SO MUCH and now ever since that mishap, it took a LOT of my focus away from what I had initially created. 
          I'm talking about spending HOURS writing out ideas and ensuring that everything made sense WITH credible research. I wrote like 900 words since last Friday and I'm so upset at myself because I was determined to keep this on a steady grind of ONE chapter every Friday. And I was doing SO good, too! 
          
          This upload should be published later today! I'm just now getting out of work so I'll do my best to keep going!

I just realized I never made an announcement 
          
          I’ve had the next three chapters for YOUR YOUTH AND MINE ready- and as I was proofreading this next chapter, I was making some spelling checks and for SOME REASON when I edit on my laptop, I double click to highlight a word and instead it highlights THE ENTIRE CHAPTER. I was working so fast because I wanted to publish the chapter that my brain said “word highlighted, delete and fix” so when I hit the backspace button, it deleted THE ENTIRE CHAPTER. 
          
          All 4000+ words. I was able to type up 600 before calling it quits and now wait to publish on NEXT Friday.

My work "YOUR YOUTH AND MINE (KIMI TO WATASHI NO SEISHUN)" will have a chapter published every Friday at an undisclosed time! I'm putting a lot of effort and time into keeping this work going and already have four more chapters ready to be published in the coming weeks! I appreciate any feedback on this passion project, as it will be taking up most of my attention until completion!

I'm not sure if any of you have read or seen Blue Box, but let me tell you. 
          That anime has a CHOKEHOLD on my life right now. 
          Let me be clear! I'm not a huge fan of Rom-Com anime, but I have my select few that I've been asked to read/watch or just happened to stumble upon based on recommendations. The same could be said for slice-of-life, which is a genre of anime I've slowly been getting into recently.
          
          Examples like Horimiya, Romantic Killer, Komi Can't Communicate, Words Bubble Up Like Soda Pop, and of course Fruits Basket and Your Lie In April. 
          
          Early on, I've been within the boundaries of earlier and more popular anime like MHA, Haikyuu, AOT, Tokyo Ghoul - with some other animes that I have yet to see have been recommended for such as Chainsaw Man, Blue Lock, Solo Leveling, and Dandadan. 
          
          But as of late, BLUE BOX has been on the forefront of my mind to the point it's inspired me to create a not-so-much fanfiction that could draw a few lines of comparison, and if not, even showcase some resemblance of its brilliance. 
          
          It's going to be a short novel (BECAUSE OF THE FACT I'M STILL TRYING TO FINISH MY OTHER WORKS) but with having to wait for a second season to air (apparently sometime in late 2026 or January of 2027(?)) and CHOOSING not to read the manga just yet until I watch that second season entirely, my time will be dedicated to writing this short novel.
