          Sorry to bring the mood down with this, but I'd really appreciate if you shared my book for other survivors to see.
          
          I've added lots of detail about identifying what kind of assault yours was, the effects it has on a victim, the treatment & mistreatment of victims and prevention that doesn't blame victims. 
          
          And as usual a massive trigger warning as this mentions themes of mental health issues, self harm, sexual abuse and just generally sensitive topics to some readers <3
