          MY NEIGHBOR DOWN STAIRS WAS BEING WEIRD.
          
          Ok so here’s what happened. I entered the hallway to my apartment right? And then I heard some loud noises coming from my neighbors apartment. It sounded like the people who were there were doing a cult. Idk what was happening. They were like almost screaming or something. They were saying stuff like “please god help her” and words like that. Idk if they are  still doing it but I am still in shock.
