What do you think of the new guidelines?
@DallasNight Thank you for bringing it to my attention, I've seen it pop up on my screen but I've honestly not thought too much about it, but now I read through them. As long as they follow what's actually said in the guidelines and don't straight up ban books for no reason, like when Arranged To Two Women was banned for including a kidnapping of the mc (I'm assuming that was the case). The guidelines seem sensible of course but I'm never fully supportive of censoring art, media or books or letting some algorithm or platform employee decide what is and what isn't appropriate or necessary for the narrative. So I have nothing against the specific rules per say, but I'm a little wary of exactly how they're going to draw the line on some of them I suppose. Thank you for asking though :,)

I always strive to be completely honest, and in this case it was such a long time ago that I wrote it and my interests have been mostly elsewhere since then, so I definitely don't have it in the plans right now, and most likely won't in the future either. I was wondering why being bonded seems like such a bad thing to the point where there are treatment facilities to damage the bond?
@littleflower914 In The Blood Of Our Siren, the idea is that vampires are branded as the most dangerous type of creature by humans, and this ideology sort of seeps into how the other creatures think of them, too. So an unstable vampire being bonded is seen as dangerous to society because of an archaic view that they could end up doing absolutely anything to stay with their bonded or harm someone who'd come close to their bonded.
