@Fantasy Okay. Well, imagine there’s a man and he’s laid flat out, asleep, only this man is 40 thousand miles tall, floating through space and for countless millennia he’s been hit by comets and asteroids, the odd moon or two, and has accumulated a lot of debris on his body that, again, after countless millennia, has shaped and become landmasses and oceans and then, eventually, life formed on it and then, later, that life suddenly started thinking they needed to decide who got which parts of the land was available so had a few wars to sort it out and then the countries settled down and … well, basically, it’s all over the place, really. But there’s a mountain, very roughly half way down this world that is variably heighted. Especially when it’s cold. :-D
