They come to a mutual standing but Lucas is still being kept close eyed to after weeks later. The king would notice how uncomfortable and unsatisfied and gets antsy and Lucas would notice and hesitantly help out and the next day they get embarrassed and try to forget about it but Lucas is being nervous around the king and develop feeling but he pushes it off to the side. They may have to get into a fight and After some more time planning his escape his desire to leave is still strong and after a second try he gets captured when he escapes and the king sees who did it and it could be a friend of his who he trusted and kill him. Back at home they could be ready for bed and King looses his composure and hugs and cry about afraid of almost loosing Lucas.
That's all I got for now but this could probably last for 2-4 chapters or so, hope you have some inspiration from this, good luck!! I realized this is long but whatever.

Sorry for the very very late reply, I can't believe you answered me and I feel honored by it.
Anywho, I think you could write about him going into a library of some sort or maybe a secret pond garden and giving him back the necklace and follow any request he asks that is not going to let him go back. King dude will let him do whatever he wanted but still cannot escape or help Red escape and cannot hide somewhere he will not be found. Slowly Lucas can get to know the place but he misses home and sulks at the special place. King would sometimes pass and see angel and feel bad for him. Red will try to convince Lucas to go escape and after persistence he gives in and do intense research about the place and fails at the first attempt. The King heard what was happen and gets angry but before he could hit him he realizes how skinny, pale, and unhealthy the angel looks. He sighs and says to never do it again and also bring to attention that because he had sex he cannot be welcomed back because of the purity being broken or something. Before this happens and when The Angel stops crying at the special place Lucas is being romanticized by the king like little gifts and cuddling at night even if it was uncomfortable at first.
