Story time!
In the town I live in there is this place that sells various foods from many places. You also always get a random plate. so I always go there to eat. Dare I say, this is the most interesting restaurant I’ve been to. Not only do you get random food from other parts of the world, but you sit in the booth for the kind of food you want. Kind of like Sans Francisco, California but restaurant-wise.
Well, today was the day I wanted to try Russian food, so I sat down in a Russian booth, lord was that a mistake. As I got a random dish after sitting down, I was asked to try it, so I did, and as a frequent customer I didn’t expect this.
The food was filled with roaches.
Yeah, so I went to talk to the waitress about it (who was very kind in response, thanks in advance), and she stated she had no idea as to why there was roaches in it. After taking it back to the cook, she came back and said the cook had BROUGHT HIS PET ROACHES TO WORK WITH HIM.
NOTE: Another thing about this, in restaurants there are codes about bringing animals into the kitchen, especially roaches, so this was a big no-no. There are certain cafes and restaurants with that permit but most are a big no-no
So after I had gotten a second random plate, I had cut it open and broke it down because I’m just that person. But by far that was the weirdest and scariest experience I have ever experienced.
