          - Ladybug has had enough of Chat Noir's advances. Her main reason? She lost her Lucky Charm because Chat, and I quote, "Can't focus on anything/anyone other than you m'lady!". That started a series of unfortunate events that included Chat getting hit with the akuma's rays, Chat starting to dance because of the ray, Chat hitting LB's face and therefore making her have to take Chat out of the ray's magic by throwing him half across Paris and into the Sein River. 
          
          Unknown to her, the Akuma had stolen her Lucky Charm. When Chat returned (AN HOUR LATER!!). Ladybug was already fuming at him. What didn't help was that Chat had the nerve to flirt and make a pun! A pun! In the heat of the moment, Ladybug rejected Chat harshly. 
          
          That leads to them having difficulty defeating the villain and leaving each other without a word. 
          
          However, a calmed-down Marinette saw a sad Chat Noir patrolling the city and was hit with a fresh wave of guilt (as if she wasn't feeling guilty already). After talking with Chat Noir (who was uncharacteristically pensive), she came to a brilliant conclusion. 
          
          She would be his wing woman! Informing Chat of her plan as LB, Marinette sets out to get girls for Chat to meet according to his preference. 
          
          "Oh! She's just so kind! And caring! And Graceful! And above all confident." ~Chat Noir to Marinette, confessing his most favorable feelings for Ladybug.

            At the start of Marinette's plan, she was sure her heart and mind were in the same place. She knew she had to protect her sweet little kitty cat's heart. She knew she couldn't give him hers, no matter how much it would rejoice him. That's why she decided to help him both as Marinette and Ladybug to move on.
            
            Now though, watching Chat awkwardly interacting with a dancer of the same age (which turned out to be 17! 17! Practically the same age as her!), she felt her stomach twist in something she was all too familiar with. Jealousy. 
            
            She gritted her teeth as she remembered the look he used to give her before her harsh rejection, the soft, love-sick look she had come to miss.
            
            At first, she dismissed it as her not being quite used to Chat not looking at her the way he used to, but now she was sure.
            
            Her heart had gone ahead and disobeyed every single rule her brain had ever made about her love life.
            
            She went ahead and fell for a guy she could no longer reach.
            
            And the worst? She still wasn't over him
