          Why do you love Marie Antoinette?

@FatherSonHolyGhost   My favorite war hero has got to be General Douglas MacArthur.  He was a god-fearing man with a sense of honor.  He promised the Filipino people that he would return to save their land and he did.  He brought Christians to Japan when he became the army commander after the war.  And during Korea he stood up against the President when he wouldn't allow MacArthur to completely defeat Communism and said: "There is no substitute for victory."  Because the President didn't listen and Communism still lived, that is why we fought in Vietnam and because of the same strategy of containment Vietnam was lost.  
            
            It is very nice to know that you love history as well!!  :P

@mikk14 I have tons of favoret subjects from the ancient world to the low middle ages to the Tsars of Russia 
            but I think my favoret war hero would be Ashoka the great of the Maurya Empire in India because he recanted war and made a peaceful indian empire, you?
            I'm really glad we both love history!!
