So, I now have a knee brace, I have been having troubles with my right knee for a while now, and it always aches to some points of limping. This leg brace helps my knee feel like it won't give in so easily, so maybe I can walk a bit more normally now! My knee is probably like this due to my foot, as my arch is flat in my foot, and I walk on the inside of my foot, making my knee get effected in the process, but its mostly always my right knee, so yeah. But now my leg feels like it won't crumble every second I walk now, so yeah! My Grandma gave it to me, I love her so much oml. She also gave me more inserts for my shoes to support my lack of an arch because I lost my only pair, God bless this woman. She's one of the most important people in my life TvT
