SmIle. It's never a bad thing to smile. Even if your eyes are still burning. Let it come, from deep inside. Let it come just because you love. Smile with compassion and grace. for you and everyone around you. It's okay to still hurt when you smile. Just don't let it destroy your light. Don't let your beautiful heart hide. Smile to remember the good things. Smile. Life is worth living. This pain is not the opposite of light. They can coincide. Don't give in to guilt. You're being so brave and vulnerable, and it's hard…so hard. leaving your heart so open and wide, while you still feel the urge to cry. It's alright. Give yourself a smile. Let it be small and imperfect if that's the way it needs to be. Let it give life, be a light in world full of darkness. Stand out, and let healing crumble darkness away. You'll be okay. Please believe someday things will change. Smile. Just smile, that it's not alright yet, but you will find the day.

A poem sort of???:
          Cry. Knowing that tears can be pretty. Knowing that It doesn't hurt me. Cry. You don't have to be so strong anymore, you're brave and you're perfect just the way you are. Cry, and still believe somehow it will be alright. Cry. Cry, without the need to hide. bathroom stalls and shadowed corners are no place to live your life. I've been there a million times. Trust that you don't need to let your heart die to feel, you don't need to hold Your breath just to keep a fake smile on. Don't need to try and hide it all. then when you're ready smile. 
          
          (I'llmake a second one for smile later <3 Ps. I imagined this as a song but I have no music skills whatsoever, lol.)
