I've been unprofessionally writing since the eighth grade. I've loved bringing to life amazingly strong characters that filling up the page in ordinary and fantastical places. I have dabbled in scores of different genres but all have the backbone in romance.
I love reading  the full gamut of human emotions but relate more with the characters battling themselves. Their impotent anger, depression, anxiety and loneliness touch me. I've never shared any of my work, due to the absolute lack of confidence. My grandmother might have been the spark for my love of writing but my mother was the cold damper that quickly snuffed me out.

 Now in my thirties and going through (A LOT) of therapy, I've realized that you only live once. (I know how...cliche, but sometimes it's true.)
I had to take a leap. 
To actually try.
(Not show a couple of friends and then wait anxiously for their feedback. A.K.A hound them every second of every day until they finally crack under all the pressure and tell me to go away...) Errr..
Eh hem.
I guess what I'm saying is that I've made the first step in putting this out into the world. I hope that other's will enjoys my many  brainchildren just as much as I do. 

Acknowledgment to Linda Lou, my paternal grandmother. Your love (dare I say cough...OBSESSION) for Harlequin romance, took root  inside me and now I hope I can make you proud high up there in the clouds. I know your feisty spirit is always with me.
