Felix Giordano is a member of the Connecticut Authors & Publishers Association and a featured writer at the Mishi-maya-gat Spoken Word & Music Series in Manchester, Connecticut.

In his research for Montana Harvest, the first novel in The Jim Buchanan Series, Mr. Giordano visited Native American spiritual and historic sites in Montana. He interviewed law enforcement and forensic officials as well as members of the Crow, Flathead and Blackfeet reservations.

Through his novels, Mr. Giordano highlights the inherent beauty of Native American culture and the indigenous way of life’s premise that a mutual bond of balanced existence interconnects everything on this Earth.

Native Americans use the term “Walking the Red Road” as a metaphor for living a life of truthfulness, respect for all things, and embracing our spirituality. Montana Harvest's protagonist, Sheriff Jim Buchanan, follows that moral code.
