          To celebrate this milestone I'm going to do a raffle with everyone who commented on the story and wants to participate. Two people will be chosen and the prize will be a drawing made by me. Have you always wanted to have a drawing of a character from your story? Or maybe a fanart of another character you like? Now is the time.
          
          By the end of the week I'll post an album here on Wattpad with all my drawings so you know what to expect. I'll also post a thank you chapter in the book and a place for anyone who wants to participate to leave their discord, email or Instagram.

At least, I'e returned to my ONC era. The King and the Wild is on again (yaaay!). I will continue this steampunk journey and submit to the second round, so fingers crossed.

          Today's chapter is a little snack-sized treat, shorter than usual, so I figured, why make y'all wait? The lore keeps unfolding, and honestly, I’m having way too much fun swimming in this worldbuilding rabbit hole.
          
          But tell me, how do you guys feel about worldbuilding? Are you the "let’s craft an entire fictional economy and political system" type, or do you prefer to let the characters cause chaos and let the world figure itself out?

Hey queen just wanted to say I am absolutely digging the new book cover. 10/10

Okay, being on the list of winners of the first round of ONC was one of the most random things that has ever happened to me, especially considering that I just unpublished the story lol. I didn't expect it at all and I think the right decision here is to go back to writing it. I will publish it again and continue. 
          
          However, I will no longer insist on the light tone and will dive headfirst into the tragic, bloody and hot chaos because that's what I know how to write and I will never get to the end of this contest if I keep insisting on something that doesn't excite me. The King and the Wild will return tagged as mature. 
          
          Thank you again to everyone who supported me. I may have given up, but many of you stuck with me and gave me the strength to make this decision. I would love to have a beer with you, really. ROUNDS ON ME LET'S GO!!!

Congratulations on winning ONC round 1!! Regardless if you choose to continue the story or not, it’s been super fun to read along and I’m excited to continue reading a Heart to Ruin (I’m a slow reader but I’m working on it I promise).
