          	I’m currently battling the final boss of the college semester: exams, assignments, and soul-draining seminars. It’s like academic Hunger Games out here, and I’ve been very busy not dying.
          	
          	When I do sneak in here, I usually spend my energy on the Pinkispire Awards reads (which I finally finished this week, cue the confetti). Just polishing up the last bits now!
          	
          	To those brave souls trying to reach me on Discord: I see you, I love you, and I promise I’m not ghosting, just temporarily trapped in the hell dimension of “Real Life™.” 
          	
          	As for my beloved R4Rs and books I'm following: I’ll be back soon with full reader energy. For now, my reading habits are a mess. Yeah, you're still seeing me voting and commenting, but this is just a third of my potential baby.
          	
          	Anyway, that’s the tea. I miss you all tons, and I’ll be popping back up soon.

Yo guys. How do you deal with impostor syndrome? Lately, I can't shake the feeling that no matter how much I edit, what I'm writing will never be as good as I want it to be or as good as some of the works here on Wattpad (that are really good). It is disheartening :/
          
          Anyway, I've been less online here on Wattpad than I'd like too. I'm reading stories here reeeeeeeally slowly. Real life is biting me like crazy. But don't you worry, I'll catch up with everything soon.

            Heh, iron maiden, yeah, something in that direction, but I better won't say anything more ;)
            
            Making so much sense is exactly the cope endgame: in the very beginning, I only had this pretty hot scene from Carpenter's Vampires (1998) where a bite victim gets tied to a bed naked by a vampire hunter to see if she transforms or not - the core basic concept - and eveything else just grew around it like a pearl around a grain of sand. But yeah, I was so self conscious that I built so much logic and psychology around it that now it all kind of works like a normal plot. Still, the first idea was just kink;) So... I guess it's still the same message - smut is good if it helps you move forward, and nobody else will mind it, so relax and keep writing! Looking forward to the next chapter!

@paleverse the woman-turned-execution-device makes me remember of the iron maiden. It gets even funnier because, since we're talking about it in tHiS perspective, I also remembered a game that has one and if you click on the device, one of the main characters, who happens to be a somewhat tall lizardman, will say "I will not fit in there". Now I'm giggling like a idiot, my wires are so fried. 
            
            ANYWAY. Yep, it's the same for me. I usually am the person who loves fanservice even if it feels like it's out of the hat. I am a seasoned danmei reader ffs, there are so many random situations in the novels I read and I still drink it all up like fine wine. When it's me writing, is endless cringing. I'll try to adopt your third vision style tho, maybe it will help me to be less harsh with myself. And I don't even remember if I read any fanservice by you. Everything just makes so much sense, it must have flown right over my head.
