when are you updating your Draco story?

so hi..... 
          I haven't posted any chapters of my book after the first one.... shocker I know 
          anyway I am thinking of writing one shots that are just scenes for my real book just until I get out of my rut (if ever).
          
          ALSO 
          I started writing one shots, wrote a big part of one and then forgot about it for a few months 
          went back to work on it tonight just to find the entire document is completely gone...
          the same document that had all my characters and their faceclaims, all my notes, and a school schedule for my MC
          
          so love that 
          
          anyway let me know what yall think about the one shot idea
