Happy new year, folks. A little update: When it comes to my life, my story, and how I balance the two, know and understand that I am a human being. I have my own goals, likes, and needs.
I do not get paid to write but I get paid to patrol a certain area for twelve hours a day and be proverbially paranoid of ambushes. The story will always come second to my life, which also includes my job, which I love doing.
I’m not sure if I can keep up with my old schedule and word count of 8k words every two weeks. Crime rates have risen where I patrol. It’s more intricate; nastier and specific. It takes time. It’s exhausting.
Since I posted my last chapter, I have written about 100 words, thirty of which are actual plot and not outlines for what I want in the scene.
Guys, I’ll be frank: I just have way too much fun as a cop to write consistently. I may complain about the job, and those complaints are legitimate.
But by God, it really is a front row seat to the greatest show on Earth. Yall stay safe, and please bear with me as I try to fix some balancing things. I think these next chapters will be fun to write, and after the Family Day portions, the Final Arc begins for the story.

Take it easy man, hope you can balanced all work you’ve had. I wish the story continue until the end. But I really don’t wanna see the ending too soon
