"I'm sorry, but can't you see? I'm laughing at your misery." My most famous quote :).
Apparently, according to my mentor, I'm the 'Queen of Procrastination.' I thought that was unfair, but considering I'm supposed to be revising and I'm doing this, I'm proving her right. Damn it.
I'm writing a series, of which the first book is on Fictionpress! For more on that, follow my Instagram account for writing tips that I've found work for me (and might for you!) so go ahead and follow my official writer's account hafsah_latif_ to find the link to my book!
The blurb:
*Destinies fulfilled, truths revealed,
Death is imminent... and fate is watching.
Meet the blacksmith. Learn her name. Forget her steel.*
In the shadows of a smithy, a nineteen-year-old girl forges steel for the men who loathe her, while secretly harbouring powerful information unknown to the Kingdom: and yet her silence remains her biggest ally. That is until her master ruins her carefully kept facade with an intent that goes awry.
Despite the shadow death's hand marked Wren with, the blacksmith is well aware that even the prettiest of faces hide far murkier secrets... and yet, when she finds freedom around the corner, fate twists the knife further: it leashes her to the King, only for her to uncover proof of the King's secret, one as old as the empire itself-one that has Wren racing against time to escape from his grasp before he discovers hers.
Friend or foe, Wren will learn the truth behind betrayal. Truth or lie, she will find those she trusted, perhaps even loved, have pasts they'd rather were buried, too. When the King meets the blacksmith, iron meets fire. Which of them will yield to the flames, and which will emerge stronger for it? Will she take a stand against the King-or will she condemn them all to hell?

Hey everyone! The chapter 8 update was a lie. My mum needed the iPad, and pressed update by mistake. I knew because I got the alert on my iPod, and was like what did you do?! Bless, but anyway sorry...View all Conversations
