A suggestion I have is maybe put a list of suicide hotlines or abuse hotlines for different countries on your profile or make a book with really good hotlines and companies in it?

@Fight_4_Lyfe Just make sure that the numbers you list are from good and trustworthy help centres, as there are a lot that would turn people away if they are too young or send them back to their parents and generally not be a help at all
