          Hello! Happy May everyone! 
          
          Wanted to give a quick update in terms of the next batch of chapters. 
          
          Unfortunately, I'm still not done with art obligations at the speed that I had originally hoped for. Don't want to spill too much, but a lot has been going on in my personal life + still working on the art project I'm lending my time to. Because of this, I will be pushing the batch of chapters to next month. This will allow me to finish everything with the art project, and take a (more than necessary) rest before starting on them. 
          
          I wished I had the time to work on them this month, but from the looks of things, it'll not be the case. 
          
          Thank you for understanding, and hope to see y'all sometime in June!

          Like how I mentioned in my last conversation, I said that I would drop an important update. 
          
          Starting right at the end of next month, the fic will not be updated for about two months. I have a big art obligation that I need to attend to, and will most definitely take most of my time. Because of this, if everything goes according to plan, I'll release the next set of chapters sometime in May. 
          
          The only reason why I'm not going to work on chapters in the middle of next month, is because I haven't had the chance to fully take a break from other art obligations since December, and I want to take the first part of March off to do other creative things I've been wanting to do for my own enjoyment. 
          
          I know it's going to be a while, but this will also allow me to be even more motivated to continue creating stuff for "Nothing Could Beat A Living Dummy!!!"! 
          
          Hope y'all understand, and that you'll have a Happy Valentine's Day!

          This month's chapters have been posted! 
          
          February 14th is Dahlia's birthday! As a treat, there's a special drawing at the end of chapter forty. 
          
          I was thankfully able to finish the chapters just in time! I was a little worried since said drawing took me a whole week (and for what reason too-), which was longer than I had expected. But, I'm glad that everything's out now! 
          
          There is a big update that I want to mention as well, but I'll be leaving that for a separate conversation (otherwise, this one will be very long).

          Quickly hopping in to drop a little update from what I had said yesterday. 
          
          I had mentioned that I may or may not have some unconfirmed art obligations. I would say like an hour or two after dropping that conversation, I found out that I won't have any more art obligations. Which means I'll be able to focus on Dahlia's birthday drawing, as well as the batch of chapters fully! 
          
          I will say that I'm slightly behind on schedule when it comes to the speed of me working on the drawing, so everything may still come a day or two late. But, I'll be doing my best to get everything done before Dahlia's bday!

          Hello! I am back for an update. 
          
          Like I mentioned in my last conversation, I said that I would update y'all once I began with the next batch of chapters. While I haven't started on the chapters themselves, I've been hard at work with Dahlia's birthday drawing (in which you'll be able to see at the end of chapter 40).
          
          However, I also did want to give an update in terms of the release date for the chapters. Ignoring the fact that I'll be working on my own birthday drawing at some point this month, I may or may not have some art obligations that may come up. Which means that the batch of chapters may or may not be posted on the 14th (Dahlia's birthday) and rather a few days late. Depending on how things fall into place, I'll update once more in the case that I may have to push this month's chapters off by a few days. Regardless, the batch WILL be posted this month!

          This month's chapters are now live! 
          
          Sorry for abruptly dropping them with no warning, I was too deep into writing them, and with art related chores I'm working on for next month, I locked in, lmao. 
          
          Kind of like last time, these chapters give more of an interlude feel, and that's because next month's batch theme will be...Dahlia's bday! 
          
          Hopefully y'all enjoy the newest chapters, and I'll try to update once again when I begin starting on next month's (so y'all are aware).

          December's batch of chapters are now out! 
          
          I'm honestly really proud with how these came up, despite struggling with them along the way. I'm especially proud of how chapter thirty came out, as well as it being my longest chapter so far, reaching over 2000+ words. 
          
          This was also (for the most part) Slappy focused, which was fun to do too! I remember years ago when I used to roleplay as Slappy with friends, I felt like I was never satisfied with how I portrayed him back then (I was young back then, so it only made sense). But, I think this fanfic, and especially this recent batch of chapters have been helping me develop Slappy into my own style, while also trying to imagine how he would realistically act in these scenes. 
          
          Hopefully I'll be back in January with a new batch of chapters.

          The next batch of chapters are officially in the works! I wanted to start on them earlier this week, but I felt like it was still a bit too early, and with Thanksgiving happening as well, I decided to wait it out until now. 
          
          My goal for these next set of chapters is for Slappy to be the main focus! While Dahlia is the main girl, Slappy's also a main character that deserves the spotlight, and I feel like this was a good time to finally bring him into focus. Not that I necessarily neglect him, but these will (hopefully) be the first set of chapters in which the majority of it will be in his POV. 
          
          I'll update once again after December's batch has been uploaded!
