ISO two different books and authors. One was a mafia book titled "Beast" whose lead male was 6'7" and the lead female was a bicycle carrier who delivered packages and the book opens with her delivering a severed head to another mob leader and then his place exploded.  This is a very inadequate description but its been a few years since I read it. Probably during the pandemic. The next book was about a street criminal who would show up on this girl's couch if he was wounded and she got involved with him despite knowing better but the ending was a big switch usurp rise. I waited for over a year for the author to finish the story and forgot some parts. This author had several books being written at the same time with one being called "Mason" and another one with the lead guy named Rogue. I'd like to reread both books. If you know either book I'd appreciate your info!!

It's really frustrating when I've been following updates on a specific sequel for over a year and nothing is being posted. I wish Watt pad required more timely updates.
