I believe there are some people you have to confront in person and in this particular situation I think you should. If the various methods you have tried of contacting her are not working then a person to person conversation should be attempted. If she still decides to shut you out then unfortunately you will have to proceed with a lawyer but if it is too expensive then I think having a conversation person to person should be attempted first. I am more than happy to help in any way I can.

Sorry for the delay, I was in the gym. Well, I took the time to read the comments on Oliver’s wall and I can say I change my mind. From the sounds of it, your sister sounds like she has made up her mind, and is not willing to change her opinion. Although going the lawyer route is more time consuming and expensive it will grant you a peace of mind since you do have the law on your side. Getting her vice will be taxing but that is an issue she decided to partake when you have taken multiple steps to simplify the process but since she isn’t willing to cooperate I say this needs to go to court. In my eyes she has severed not only this case but also your bond with her in more ways than one. I think having a lawyer will make this process easier for your mental health in the long run.
