question: if Doc Ock in marvel 616 had completely gotten rid of Peter's conciseness and memories with no way of Peter coming back, would he have committed murder? and if it was proven that it was Doc Ock in Peters body with no trace of Peter's conciseness would he legally be able to serve time? how severe could it be and could he get the death sentence even if it was Peter's body or could he not? this is all by New York and American law and I have now confused myself.

IDK really, But I will tell you that I love the story. I've been trying to find good Ultimate Spiderman and Young Justice crossovers for a while now and this is one of the few really good ones that I've found. keep up the good work!
