Btw, for kyujin's parents, I'm going for the vibe that Diana, her mother, is the real problem. Not her dad. She is just controlling and manipulative, and she uses kyu as a threat against him. He actually doesn't like her, but after being forced to give everything up, he's finally making the choice to officially pick kyu over Diana.
