i know people have said it multiple times but i just want to say that i love fear of the ocean so much. its been a while since ive last read it for i think the 3rd time? but it hasnt left my mind. such a great fanfic, hope youre still writing wonderful stories like fear of the ocean

Fear of the Ocean was one of the first fanfics I ever read. It opened my eyes, and really made me see what fanfiction could be. I remember spending multiple days reading it a snail’s pace; and just savoring the story.
It made me cry. It made me feel so bittersweet. I read it 4 years ago, but I still think about it.
Fear of the Ocean led me to see the beauty of fanfic, and fandom in general. And for that, I give my greatest thanks.

I'm just here to continue the conga line of saying that The Fear of Ocean is one of the best things I've ever read. I've never cried so much while reading a book. Even if this is never read or if you never go back on Wattpad, I needed to write this. Thank you so much for writing such an amazing book.
Hey! I still dunno if you're active but I really loved "The fear of the ocean" and "Sing, Canary, Sing" I LOVED THEM BOTH QWQ. They made my cry a lot but also feel "happy" as I read them.

Can I just say that, “fear of the ocean” was probably one of the most beautiful pieces I’ve read in a very long time that has also made me genuinely cry. you delivered those emotional punches and they hurt like HELL, and that’s a good thing! Many writers miss their marks on emotional punches but man, those scenes were more than a sucker punch to my heart. I love the way you wrote it and delved into the characters’ minds and it was just !! amazing !! great job

I don't think you're still active, but even so, I just wanted to say you are a marvelous writer. You certainly have a great mastery at it. As someone aspiring to be a writer, reading "Fear of the Ocean" gave me some extra hope. There are so many things I wanna say about it, but I don't want to waste your time if you do end up reading this. But I do wanna say I have never cried so much to a story in my life. "Fear of the Ocean" is quite possibly one of the best things I've ever read. Most of the time I forgot I was even reading a fan fiction. You were able to put me and the other readers through so many different emotions while reading, and I loved it at times no matter how much I despised to sadness I felt. There is a lot more than I can say, but this is getting long. So I hope that maybe someday you'll see this and know how many readers you have touched with your writing.
