          Rain has royal blood, he's second in line to inherit the throne to the Envy ring. His family has ties to Leviathan. 
          
          He was basically an accidental summon, Copia tried to summon a Fire Ghoul and instead bro got Rain. Copia didn't wanna send Rain back since it felt a little disrespectful to do that to a Prince, so they kept him and that's why Dew had his element changed. 
          
          Rain just stayed around for fun honestly, claims "The Ministry is more interesting than the castle", he likes being around other Ghouls since he's been somewhat isolated growing up. 
          
          Though...one day, he's gonna have to go back once it's his turn to claim the throne >:)

          Should I have Dew be a water Ghoul for the first few chapters. The story begins May 2017, the time Dew was literally a Water Ghoul, or like should he be healing from his transition to fire??? SOMEONE HELPPPP :((
