@camdawg2 That’s what I am saying. I am like ‘There is no way Rosie could actually could be that strong to keep someone like Alastor on a leash and not seem a little tired, especially if Alastor is at full strength, so it would have to be someone way higher in the hierarchy in hell.'

@Flash-fire The gaslight district is known to the entire world and the gaslight district knows about the entire world. It's just considered a no man's land and the rattlings have no desire to leave. There are others reasons that will be revealed later in the story but Mel knows there are other humans besides her.

@camdawg2 I could Imagine the Gaslight district been kinda like The walled city in AOT, with the citizens, the rotlings, within are not aware of the outside world. Mel accidentally get out and meets Izuku and comes to realize that she not the only human.
